The company has also played a vital role in post-hurricane recovery, helping rebuild homes after natural disasters like Hurricanes Katrina, Ike, and Harvey. With a full team and the ability to take on special projects outside of Houston, New Vision Remodeling continues to grow, bringing Carlos’ vision of excellence and service to life.

Known for his outgoing and charismatic personality, Carlos is always focused on delivering the best for his clients and leading his team with care. At New Vision Remodeling, we are beyond excited to have Leslie as our interior design specialist! As Carlos’s wife of 30 years, she’s not only a beloved part of the team but also a driving force behind the beautiful transformations we deliver. Leslie has an incredible talent for bringing visions to life, and her expertise in color matching and design is unmatched. Her enthusiasm and creativity make every project exciting, and she has an amazing ability to turn a space into something truly special. Clients love working with her to create interiors that are both functional and absolutely stunning!
Jonathan, Carlos’s firstborn son, is a key member of the New Vision Remodeling team, serving as Project Manager and Supervisor. He’s responsible for managing payroll, picking up materials, and ensuring projects are running smoothly whenever possible. Having learned everything from his father, Jonathan has a deep understanding of the family business and takes pride in overseeing its growth. In addition to his role at New Vision, Jonathan is also studying to become a nurse, demonstrating his dedication to helping others both on and off the job.
As the administrative specialist at New Vision Remodeling, Joseph plays a vital role behind the scenes, handling everything from keeping records to creating marketing tools for the company. He also writes purchase orders and estimates for clients, ensuring the business runs smoothly. As Carlos’s second-born son, Joseph has learned the ropes of the industry from his father, embracing a strong work ethic and natural leadership abilities. Known for his outgoing personality, he loves engaging with people and building connections. His favorite part of the job is seeing a project through to completion, as it fills him with pride to witness the transformative results of the team’s hard work.
